Terms & Conditions

For conformation we require a deposit for 1 night (non refundable) stay by cheque, credit or debit card and your full address.

The exception to this is at peek times when we would require 100% to secure your reservation.

We would appreciate if all outstanding bills could be settled on arrival.

• bookings must be canceled 7 days in advance
• deposits are non-refundable
• in the event of a "no show" or a cancellation within less than 7 days prior to the arrival date 100% of the total booking cost will be charged.
• check in no later than 19.00hr, unless by prior arrangement.
• Englewood Lodge is a no smoking house. Bedrooms, public areas and of course the dining room. Thank you!.
• pets are not allowed at Englewood Lodge. Sorry!.
